Safeguarding Visitor Agreement

By signing this form, I agree to:

  1. Promote a Safe Environment

    • I will act in a way that helps keep children safe and treat everyone with respect.

    • I will immediately report any concerns about a child’s welfare or behaviour to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) or a Deputy DSL.

  2. Respect Privacy and Confidentiality

    • I understand that anything I may see or hear in school about children, staff, or families is confidential and must not be shared outside school.

  3. Follow School Procedures

    • I will sign in and out at the main office and wear a visitor badge visibly at all times.

    • I will be accompanied by a member of staff unless told otherwise.

    • In case of a fire or emergency, I will follow the directions of school staff.

  4. Use of Phones and Devices

    • I will not take photos, videos, or recordings on school premises unless I have specific permission from the Headteacher.
