KEY INFORMATION 1. SCHOOL OPENING AND VISITING PROCEDURES  

 

  • The main school gate (on Russell Road) will be open from 8.30am until 8.50am. Children can enter via this gate only, where they will be greeted by a member of the Senior Leadership Team and directed to their classrooms. 
  • Parents and carers are not allowed into the school grounds at the beginning of the school day. 
  • The gates will close promptly at 8.50am. If your child has not arrived by this time, they will be recorded as late and parents/carers should sign the children in at the school office. 
d. Once you have dropped off or collected your child, please vacate the area around the school as soon as possible.
e. Please do not bring your child to school if they are unwell. 
f. If your child is going to be absent from school (for any reason), please email Mrs Smith in the school office: enquiries@st-marys.merton.sch.uk, or call the school on 020 8542 4580.
g. If you would like to speak to your child’s class teacher, may we request that you make an appointment, as they will be busy setting up for the day ahead.
